We provide each athlete with an initial evaluation and body composition analysis to then design a customized program to achieve team and personal goals. The primary goal is to provide nutritional support to allow an athlete to stay healthy and injury-free while maximizing the functional and metabolic adaptations to exercise that prepares him or her to better achieve the performance demands of the event. Through proper nutrition and hydration an athlete can improve performance with increased energy, stamina, strength, and decreased recovery time.

Our weight management program is designed to help people make healthy changes in their daily routine through one-on-one nutritional counseling. We know that each and every client that reach out to us is unique and has different needs and as a result we take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. We counsel on much more than solely diet analysis and modification. As a team, we work to identify certain behaviors in order for them to feel empowered to create new, healthier habits that will improve their overall wellness. This program is highly customized to the individual based on their lifestyle, goals and preferences.

The client is provided with real-life behavioral modification techniques to help conquer weight concerns. In certain cases, we introduce pharmacotherapy in order to assist our clients in controlling and/or treating obesity/overweight health conditions.
